Portrait
A practitioner first. An advisor second.
I have founded four companies, including Kacti AI, an applied AI R&D firm working on problems at the frontier of semantic reasoning. I have also built enterprise systems, designed AI architectures, and advised CTO teams on technology strategy. At Microsoft, I spent fifteen years going from systems engineering to Principal Architect, advising executive teams on how to deploy AI where the wrong abstraction costs millions. Now I work with leaders making high-stakes AI calls who need someone who has operated at both levels: deep in the code and across the portfolio.

Discipline shaped by a stopwatch.
I was a national champion in the 400m. If you know the 400, you know it's the race that rewards the runner who commits fully to a pace strategy and distributes effort with precision. That discipline shaped how I think about hard problems: you don't improvise intensity, you plan it.
At sixteen, I built atletismo.4t.com, a social platform for track and field athletes in Mexico. This was before Facebook existed. It became the leading platform for the sport in the country.
